A team of four S5 students returned from Geneva with the Young Talent Creativity Award for their project on low-cost air-quality monitoring in school environments.
The team designed an enclosure that students can assemble in under fifteen minutes and an open dashboard that any school can host on a Raspberry Pi.
"What we wanted was something replicable," said team lead Sophie Lam. "An award is nice, but the goal is for ten more schools to build one next year."
